Vistula Spit Canal

The investment includes the construction of a ship canal, a sheltering port, a road system with movable bridges, a lock, and an artificial island, as well as the construction of a fairway and the redevelopment of the River Elbląg.

The total length of the new waterway will be nearly 23 km, and its depth will be 5 m. Ultimately, this waterway will permit vessels up to 100 m in length and 20 m in width to enter the port of Elbląg.
